Walmart wanted to shine a light on its deep commitment to the military community. Not just veterans, but their families too. We created messaging that highlighted Walmart’s unique programs, like job flexibility for military spouses, allowing them to seamlessly transfer stores when duty calls. We also told the story of Walmart’s veteran hiring initiative, which helps former service members translate their military skills into meaningful careers within the company. The campaign served as both a salute and a promise—Walmart stands by those who serve, every step of the way.
